Shipping and Returns

It’s very important to us that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. We fulfill orders on demand, which takes about 2-5 business days. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

If your package has to be sent back to our factory because it couldn’t be delivered to your address (wrong address/failure to pick up from your post office etc), the cost of reshipping is the customer’s responsibility. If using PayPal, make sure your account’s shipping address is correct before purchasing.

We ship products to most countries, but there are a few exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

Estimated times for standard shipping

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-7 business days
Worldwide: 5-20 business days

Our merchandise gets produced and sent from different fulfillment centers around the world (USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Latvia, Japan, Australia). When possible, the closest one will be chosen upon order placement.

Note that not all products can be produced/stocked in all the facilities, so an specific item might only be produced/shipped from the US, despite ordering from other continents.

International shipping – import tolls

Shipments may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Vivaldi Technologies does not take responsibility for possible fees. Large packages may take considerably longer to arrive if your country has strict quarantine laws.

Lost items

We ship everywhere else, but some countries in the Middle East, South America, Asia and Russia have much longer delivery times. Brazil and India are prone to problems from customs and shipping errors. Order at your own risk, Vivaldi Technologies does not offer refunds for items lost during shipping.

Returns Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged or have been sent the wrong product then we’ll be happy to replace it, provided you contact us within a week of receiving the product. Returns are not granted if you’ve changed your mind after purchase and want a refund.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the provided address: delivery is handled by third-party carriers, and options may vary
